- Submission of documents (Drawings/Reports/Material/Inspections/RFI/Letter/Authorities) to be done via in-house protocol or other electronic data management systems based on project requirement (ie. Aconex, Procore Conject, BIM360)
- Provide full admin support to the Project team
- Prepare, submit, file, scan and follow up of all daily operations of all documents, including drawings, materials and related specifications and technical data related to the project
- Co-ordinate with sources of submission – HQ, Site team, Sub-con and suppliers relating to the detailed information of the documents/materials for approval
- Co-ordinate with the planning team and site team to prepare, compile and submit weekly progress reports
- Assist Project Manager in preparation of presentations to be used in conferences/meetings with internal and external parties
