Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all documents are traceable by creating a system for documentation and control of documents for circulation. 
  • Maintain, replace and distribute controlled documents.
  • Documents requiring changes to be reviewed and updated in a timely manner.
  • To ensure the documents remain legible, readily identifiable and retrievable.
  • To ensure the security, accessibility and distribution of all documents.
  • To ensure current authorized versions of documents are available to Clinipath’s personnel.
  • To ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents are recorded and filed accordingly.
  • To ensure that documents of external origin are identified and their distribution controlled.
  • To prevent the unintended use of obsolete documents and to apply suitable identification to them if they are retained for any purpose.
  • To ensure that obsolete documents are promptly removed from all points of use.
