Introduction

Our client is seeking a Document Control Specialist to support project and operational document management activities. This role will focus on ensuring document integrity, compliance, and accessibility across key projects and closeout activities.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining document control standards, supporting project closeout, and contributing to ongoing shutdown and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support project documentation activities, including addressing documentation gaps, non‑compliance fixes, and overall document cleanup
• Manage vendor documentation cleanup, including extracting, renaming, and uploading files into SmartPlant Foundation (SPF)
