Our client, a leading Australian gold producer, developer, and explorer based in Western Australia, is currently seeking experienced Underground Mining Supervisors to join their operations on a FIFO roster from Perth (8/6 7/7).

Requirements:

• ASAP Starts - be on site as early as next week short plane ride from Perth to site;

• Leading teams of production operators to production targets;

• Great opportunity to be in a hands on role, take charge of your crew;

• Coordinate with mine planning/engineering to execute daily and weekly plans and optimise mining sequence;

• Conduct field leadership activities including inspections, pre-starts and safety interactions;

• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively, following site response procedures;

• Strong commitment to safety and achieving production targets.
