Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Experience Design & Conceptualisation
β’ Conceive and curate on-ground customer experiences for Saregama Live events β across music festivals, concert tours, devotional properties, and cultural IPs.
β’ Define the experiential architecture of each event: the zones, activations, and moments that shape how an audience moves through and feels at the event.
β’ Bring a strong point of view on what will make each property feel distinctive and have the references, curiosity, and cultural fluency to back it up.
β’ Translate creative ideas into clear, actionable briefs
β’ Partner closely with the production team to ensure every creative concept is grounded in feasibility and delivered without compromise.
Experience & Skills:
β’ 5β7 years of experience in live events, experiential design, creative production, or a closely related field.
