  • To produce regular information on which the management team of a business can take decisions
  • To produce predictive MIS in order that forward looking decisions can be made based on more than historic data.
  • To produce such accurate data that can be collated by the accounts or finance departments for inclusion into a monthly report

    • Primary Responsibilities.

  • Preparation of Monthly & Daily MISDebtors ageing Analysis
  • Pending Orders
  • Bag Damage Report (during Packing Dispatch)
  • Quality wise Report- Silo Stock
  • Receive Issue Report
  • Loading Bag Details - Daily
  • Control of non-confirming products - Monthly
  • Monthly Stores consumption
  • Location wise freight details
  • Net realization - Month-grade/customer wise
  • Event Report Form - Process plant tripped etc.
  • Packing Jumbo Bag
