**Description:**

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Divisional Trainer - Rooms will work closely with the Rooms Division leadership team to identify training needs, create comprehensive training plans, and ensure consistent implementation across all relevant areas, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.

**Qualifications:**

+ Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
+ Ideally with a university degree/diploma in hospitality/hotel management.
+ Work experience in a training role within the hospitality industry, preferable in the Rooms Division.
