**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**A Division Director of Facility Management (DDFM) will provide technical and project support for all matters relating to facility management within an assigned division. The DDFM will be required to live within the geographical region that they support. The DDFM will frequently visit each facility in their assigned division and work directly with local Director’s of Facility Management and the hospitals administrative team on all matters related to the facilities infrastructure capital needs, staffing issues, active projects, and all other facility management related issues.
