As the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant, you will create, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive Corporate DEI program. This includes developing employer-focused policies, procedures, and tools to drive systemic and structural changes, removing barriers, and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the employee experience: recruitment, selection, hiring, development, and retention. You will build and deliver employee programs, policies, and procedures to attract and retain talent while ensuring compliance with government legislation.
