As a District Vice President, you will provide strategic direction and leadership for assigned district and is responsible for short- and long-term growth and profitability of the district. Direct, administer, and coordinate the activities of the district in accordance with the policies, goals, and objectives established by Corporate. Make recommendations regarding the development and implementation of Company policies and goals relating to sales, marketing, operations, employees, financial performance, and growth.

Implement the Corporate strategies and initiatives on a district-wide basis
Analyze the actual financial performance of assigned district against budget with the objective of meeting or exceeding established targets such as sales, gross margin, gross margin rate, SG&A, merchandise investment, DSO, operating income, net income, and growth initiatives.
