About the Role
As a District Nurse in the Mid North area, you will be part of our community clinical services working across the Mid North area. The primary functions of this role include working to meet the needs of patients and their family/whānau using contemporary nursing care, which is safe, appropriate and effective. The care is based on comprehensive assessment, ensures continuity, and is patient/client centred, culturally sensitive and evidence based.
