Responsibilities

• Leadership and performance management
  • Lead Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives across the district.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement action plans to drive results.
  • Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality.
