Wendy’s (a brand of HAZA Group) is seeking a District Manager with 3+ years of relevant district manager/multi-unit management experience in food service, to oversee restaurant operations of 5-7 high volume Wendy's restaurants.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, will work with a sense of urgency and will possess strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

Under the direction of the Director of Area Operations (DAO), the DM is responsible for:

• Overall operational practices of 5-7 Wendy’s locations, such as staffing, full P&L, training and development

• Create and manage budgets

• Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to company procedures and health regulations and takes corrective actions as appropriate

• Interview, hire, cross-train and discipline GMs and staff as needed
