District Court Scheduler – Manukau District Court (South Auckland Criminal) Permanent, Full Time.

We’re looking for a confident, proactive District Court Scheduler to support the Manukau, Papakura, and Pukekohe District Courts. This role brings order to complexity, keeps operations moving, and ensures people receive timely access to justice.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a consistent and effective approach to scheduling cases across the JSA.
• Prioritise and schedule hearings in alignment with Ministry of Justice focus areas.
• Support reporting on key scheduling and performance priorities.
• Ensure appropriate volumes and types of work are scheduled.
• Optimise courtroom usage and judicial resource allocation.
• Promote consistent scheduling practices and effective use of technology.
