Description of Duties
PURSUANT TO SECTION 211 of the New York State Retirement and Social Security Law, the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office is conducting a recruitment effort for the position of District Attorney Investigator. We are canvassing to see if there are any interested non-retirees who would meet the minimum qualifications.
This is a responsible position involving conducting investigations and interviews to substantiate facts for cases being prepared by the office of the District Attorney. Employees of this class work in accordance with established practices and procedures, are required to be on call 24 hours a day, and may work weeknights and weeke...
