Summary The Division of Enforcement is seeking a Trial Attorney (Distributions Trial Attorney) in Office of Distributions. The Office of Distributions is responsible for returning money to harmed investors obtained through enforcement actions where a disgorgement fund exists, or a Fair Fund is created pursuant to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Responsibilities In this role as a Distributions Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for: Conducting litigation, implementing all distributions aspects of civil and administrative proceedings assigned by the Division, and making Commission recommendations for distribution plan approval. Managing and handling litigation issues resulting from challenges to distribution plans by preparing motions and memorandum in support to amend final judgments, or to modify distributions plans.
