POSITION SUMMARY
This is a leadership position. You are depended on by the organization to help meet operation goals by ensuring the products consumers want are available when they are ready to make a purchase. Lead and motivate a multi-faceted, diverse team and responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Distribution Facility. Plan and coordinate work; monitor and evaluate the performance of warehouse associates and supervisors; and manage all aspects of training and development of warehouse associates and supervisors.
