Manage AMEX chargeback processing , including analyzing transactions, preparing representments, and responding to chargeback inquiries.
Review transaction histories, merchant documentation, and customer statements to determine validity of claims.
Maintain accurate records of dispute cases and ensure timely reporting to meet regulatory and client requirements.
