Job Description
As a Dispute Resolution Analyst for North America Direct Customer Operations, you are in charge of working alongside stakeholders (Collections, Customer Ops, Logistics, Customer Master, B2B team, etc.) to investigate and take corrective actions toward invoices that have been disputed by the customer. You are responsible for ensuring team workload distribution, representing the team and organization in multiple projects, and are accountable for team goals and execution. You gather input from other dispute resolution analysts to provide key information to stakeholders such as collections and finance.
Responsibilities- Manage a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations typically with a large or complex global business unit.
