My client is a legal 500 law firm, seeking a newly qualified to 1 year post-qualification solicitor to join their growing Dispute Resolution team.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in both property and civil/commercial litigation, with a strong background in working with privately paying clients.

You will be responsible for:

Managing a varied litigation caseload across property and commercial disputes.

Advising clients on legal options and strategy, and progressing cases efficiently and effectively.

Delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining regular and clear communication.

Handling correspondence, negotiations, and, where appropriate, conducting advocacy.

Recording time accurately, ensuring timely billing, and assisting with department operations.
