Description
Robert Half is currently working with a company in Memphis whose business continues to expand. With expansion, they are onboarding new customers and suppliers. Currently they are experiencing an increased transaction complexity and billing challenges. We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Lead to support their finance team by resolving invoice and payment discrepancies, addressing backlog issues, and identifying root causes to improve and optimize financial processes.

This role is highly analytical and investigative, ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex problems, understanding process breakdowns, and driving long-term improvements in AP/AR operations.
