**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree
+ Experience in mixed-signal EE design at either IC or PCB level

+ Experience in circuit/math analysis and modeling, with proficiency in simulation tools like SPICE or MATLAB.
+ Experience with design and analysis in one of these areas: power electronics, analog/digital circuits, or high-speed signal integrity
+ Hands-on experience in hardware prototype bring-up, debugging, validation and failure analysis
