Job Description
This onsite Dispatcher role in San Marcos, CA offers the opportunity to join a growing residential HVAC operation and serve as the central hub for daily field activity. You will manage a live dispatch board, coordinate 13–20 field technicians across a wide service territory, and keep high-volume operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This contract-to-hire position provides immediate responsibility, close collaboration with a supportive team, and a clear path to permanent employment for the right person.
Responsibilities

+ Manage the live dispatch board throughout the day and make real-time scheduling adjustments to keep operations running smoothly.

+ Route and assign field technicians based on geography, traffic patterns, time windows, and changing priorities across South San Diego County, East County, and the Temecula/Murrieta corridor.
