**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Cleaning of all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and equipment
+ Sweeping and mopping floors and washing walls
+ Performing kitchen duties and trash removal in all kitchen areas
+ Wiping down counters, tables and equipment
+ Removing trash
+ Helping chefs in setup of food plates and miscellaneous food prep

This is a casual part-time position.

**Skills/Requirements**

+ Applicants must be at least 18 years old
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds is required.
+ Standing for extended periods of time. Working in wet conditions regularly.
+ Restaurant experience required
