Overview

Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time Graduate Program “Discover II 2026/2027” in Spain. The program starts on 5 October 2026 and runs until 1 October 2027. It combines a Master degree (three training blocks) with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, with a full‑time (40 h/week) schedule and a study grant.

Internship Description

• This internship is in the Reward & International Mobility teams in Airbus Spain.
• The teams are part of HR, responsible for compensation & benefit and mobility solutions at national and international level.
• Reward scope covers benefits, salary and grading for Spanish employees.
• International mobility involves designing relocation policies, immigration compliance and managing international tax and social security liabilities.
