Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – Discover II 2026/2027. The program starts on 5th October 2026 and runs until 1st October. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines who are interested in developing their professional careers in the aeronautical sector.

The selection process will take place from April 2026 to July 2026.

As part of the program you will have the opportunity to study a Master organised in three training blocks, designed to help you discover the skills most in demand today. This Master is combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree. The internship begins in early October 2026, lasts 11 months, and is a full‑time experience (40h/week). You will receive an attractive study grant.
