Job Description
- Validates payment and invoice requests, ensuring proper documentation
- Resolves problems related to invoices and purchase orders
- Prepares checks and forwards them for approval and signature
- Records entries from the check register and prepares check vouchers
- Maintains and updates Daily Disbursement Monitoring reports
- Handles supplier inquiries and payment follow-ups via calls and emails
- Schedules outstanding payments to suppliers
- Tracks daily bank withdrawals and monitors post-dated checks
- Coordinates with banks regarding auto loan payments
- Assists in preparing periodic and ad-hoc financial reports
- Participates in quality assurance activities
- Performs other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager and Finance Head
