Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Engineer

Reporting to the Group Head of ICT Infrastructure, the Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Engineer will be responsible for designing, embedding, and continuously strengthening Brunswick’s Disaster Recovery and operational resilience capability across our global technology estate.

This is both a strategic and hands‑on engineering role focused on ensuring Brunswick can recover rapidly and effectively from cyber incidents, ransomware, system outages, infrastructure failure, or wider operational disruption. The successful candidate will help move the organisation from documented recovery intent to fully engineered, tested, and measurable recovery capability.
