We have permanent roster lines available across our SIL homes in Palmwoods, offering a 35-40-hour fortnightly contracts with a mix of days and sleepover supports (up to 5 sleepovers per FN). These roster lines are part of a permanent schedule with opportunities to pick up additional shifts where available.

Working within our SIL (Supported Independent Living) home in Palmwoods, you will provide support, assisting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, whether they have complex needs or just need some additional support at home. No two days will be the same - you may hear that phrase a lot but here at Endeavour Foundation, you will see it in action!
