The Disability Support Worker role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities.

You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.

About the Clients

CPA are seeking multiple Disability Support Workers for our casual workforce across the Northern Beaches region!

As a casual DSW at CPA, you will be supporting all of the group SIL homes that we own and operate throughout the Northern Beaches.

Our clients can have a range of disabilities including Cerebral Palsy and other similar conditions and can have different level of medical needs and behaviours.
