Role Purpose

The Disability Support Worker role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities.

You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing,dignityand quality of life.

About the Clients

At CPA, our SIL houses are typically home to between 4-6 clients.

Our clients can have a range of disabilities including Cerebral Palsy and other similar conditions, and range in age from early 20s through to elderly, and can have different level of medical needs and behaviours

Role Overview
