Job Purpose

Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, the Director, Total Rewards is responsible for the regional execution, translation, and adoption of global Total Rewards programs across APJ, while leading region‑specific Total Rewards strategies in response to business growth and transformation. The role serves as the primary Total Rewards lead for the APJ region, partnering closely with the Regional VP HR, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure global Total Rewards products are implemented effectively and consistently, while addressing regional market, regulatory, and business requirements. The role also provides regional insights and feedback to inform the ongoing evolution of global Total Rewards strategy.
