Makes significant contributions to supporting cost containment for the Practice, orchestrating supply management initiatives, and bringing innovation to Mayo Clinic. This includes developing and participating in short-term tactics and long range plans that result in optimal use of supplies, services, inventory and performance within the Practice and supply chain management operations. Takes an active enterprise and site-based leadership role with physician and executive leadership. Develops supply chain management strategies and in addressing daily supply chain operations, including process reengineering, utilizations management, supply chain systems coordination, customer service, receiving, inventory management, asset management, and distribution.
