Position Summary

Director, Strategic Insights leads the Strategic Insights function by translating customer, market, and behavioural data into actionable insights that support business decisions. Reporting to the VP, Data Strategy, this role partners with brands and cross‑functional teams to strengthen insight capabilities and embed a customer‑focused, data‑driven approach into planning, prioritization, and performance measurement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Strategic Insights roadmap, integrating customer analytics, consumer research, and market intelligence into a unified capability.
• Lead advanced customer analytics and translate behavioural data into actionable strategies to improve acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
