Job Summary - Director STARS



The Director, Medicare Stars will be a strategic and action-oriented leader responsible for overall Medicare Stars strategy, planning and execution, and management of the Stars team. The leader will direct overall Stars improvement strategy and develop initiatives to reach clinical and member experience goals. The director will collaborate with senior leaders supporting Medicare Advantage business to ensure broader efforts are aligned to support Stars improvement.



Essential Functions - Director STARS


+ Leads Medicare Stars Team including analytics, program management and outreach activities; directs overall Stars improvement strategy, including identifying strategic focus areas, planning & execution of initiatives; allocates and monitors budget
