Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Solution Management is responsible for defining and executing winning strategies for service product solution offerings by targeting existing and new market opportunities; in particular, the service area(s) of Clinical Engineering, Medical Equipment Rental, Patient Handling, Asset Management, and/or Laser Support Services.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand and become a subject matter expert on the overall solution offering, defined as: services and supported medical equipment included as part of the service product
  • Create, manage and innovate the Solution Business Model, to include: Validate customer segmentation and market requirements definitionEnhance existing solutions to improve the value propositionEstablish return on investment analysisCollaborate with and gain stakeholder approval of new/redesigned solution offerings from marketing, sales, operations, finance, legal, and others as requiredInte...
