Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Governance
  Define and drive the company’s mid‑ to long‑term strategy and business objectives in alignment with Daikin Group policies, while executing Board decisions and ensuring strong corporate governance, risk management, and J‑SOX compliant internal controls.
• Financial Performance & Business Oversight
  Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance management and provide the Board with timely financial and operational reports.
• Operational Excellence & Compliance
  Ensure efficient and sustainable business operations, full compliance with Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements, and fulfilment of all contractual and service obligations, while safeguarding company assets and reputation.
