Role Overview
The Director / Senior Director of R&D Laboratory (Power Electronics and Systems) is a key member of the Singapore leadership team, reporting directly to the Singapore General Manager. This senior executive role has full accountability for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of the Singapore R&D site, while ensuring strong alignment with the Group's global technology roadmap defined by Taiwan Headquarters. The role serves as the primary strategic bridge between Singapore-based R&D operations and HQ-led core research initiatives, translating global technology direction into local execution that supports regional and global growth.
