**Position Summary...**
The Director, Security Governance and Standards plays a critical leadership role in protecting people, operations, and brand trust across a global enterprise. This role leads the enterprise Security Risk Mitigation strategy, and physical and technical response efforts to insider threats, threat of violence, disaster response, and security governance programs—using data, technology, and strong partnerships to reduce risk and strengthen resilience. You’ll influence strategy, guide expert teams, and help shape enterprise-wide safety and security outcomes in a complex, fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate with Global Safety & Security partners across the business to identify, mitigate, and manage risks that could impact associates, customers, and operations worldwide.
