Director, Safety, Security, Compliance & Emergency Response Language of Work : English (Bilingual English/French is an asset)

Wage range : $166,050- $184,500
Performance Pay : Eligible for annual performance-based Short Term Incentive Pay (STIP) bonus.
Location : Calgary Airport Authority, 2000 Airport Road NE, Calgary Alberta T2E 6W5 Canada.

Lead and oversee the Airport Operational Compliance & Assurance Program, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage the Airport Safety and Safety Management System (SMS), including OH&S strategy and compliance.
Oversee the Airport Security Program, liaising with Transport Canada and external security agencies.
Provide strategic leadership and administration for the Safety, Security, Compliance and Emergency Response team, including budget management and stakeholder engagement.
