Hydro One – Senior Reliability Compliance Lead (Toronto – Regular)

Overview

Hydro One is the largest electricity transmission and distribution provider in Ontario, serving nearly 1.5 million customers. The Senior Reliability Compliance Lead will lead corporate‑wide programs that ensure Hydro One meets all external and internal reliability laws, regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, sustain and prosecute corporate programs that achieve and demonstrate compliance with North American, National, Regional and Provincial reliability standards, statutes, and professional engineering requirements.
• Represent and defend Hydro One’s compliance posture before regulators and enforcement authorities including the Ontario Energy Board (OEB), Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO), Canadian Electricity Association (CEA), National Electric Reliability Council (NERC) and other agencies.
