Responsibilities

• Provide advice on regulatory and competition policies, frameworks and requirements across telecoms, broadcast, personal data, digital infrastructure etc to business units and ensure that these are met and complied with.
• Act as internal regulatory point of contact for business units, providing coordination and support to analyse impact of regulatory policies and decisions, and prepare representations and submissions to IMDA and other government agencies to safeguard Singtel’s interests.
• Monitor and analyse upcoming policies, regulations, laws, and guidelines in Singapore; proactively review and advise the impact and implications across all business units, and support in business units’ response plans.
• Develop, prepare regulatory submissions, and engage with IMDA and other government agencies (e.g. CSA/MHA/SPF), including responses to consultations, directions, enforcements, appeals, and reconsiderations for all business uni...
