ABOUT THE JOB

In accordance with established vision, mission, focus and values of the agency, the Director, Recovery and Community Integration provide operational, clinical, and strategic leadership to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of specialized supported employment and psychosocial rehabilitation services—within multiple Primary Care Centers and bed-based treatment and recovery services across the province. Specific responsibilities include engagement, program development, continuous improvement, operational oversight of research and program service delivery, program evaluation, outcome management, financial and reporting management, and quality assurance for two provincial projects. The projects are funded by the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction, involving a research component.
