Role & Responsibilities
Business Development & P&L Management
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, owners, operators, and other key stakeholders to generate early project leads, prepare proposals, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
Own the regional revenue target and P&L. Drive profitability through disciplined pricing, resource planning, and margin management.
Lead recruitment for the region and coordinate with HR on team deployment and mobility across projects.
Manage billing and collections in coordination with the Finance department, ensuring healthy cash flow and timely realisation of fees.
Project Delivery
Oversee delivery of project management services across all regional assignments — monitoring project team performance, quality of deliverables, and compliance with Ascentis' HSE policy and brand standards.
Personally review all client-facing project reports and lead key client presentations and steering committee meetings.
