The ideal candidate has spent years leading the technology behind carrier management, freight procurement, and network optimization, and can translate complex operational requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. They have directly led and developed product management teams, and bring strong financial acumen to managing technology budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement negotiations. They communicate with clarity and influence confidently at both executive and operational levels, and they make sound build, buy, and partner decisions. This role requires demonstrated, hands-on platform experience - not stakeholder-level exposure - so candidates without direct inbound transportation and enterprise supply chain technology depth are unlikely to be a fit.
