    Als Director Product Development (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unserer Abteilung Product Development und verantworten die strategische und technische Weiterentwicklung der Produkte innerhalb unserer Supply Chain Execution Suite.

  • Sie leiten die konzeptionelle und technische Produktentwicklung und treiben Innovationen voran.

  • Sie führen Gruppenleiter und Entwicklungsteams fachlich/disziplinarisch und fördern eine agile, produktorientierte Kultur.

  • Sie definieren gemeinsam mit den Teams Produktvisionen, Roadmaps und technische Standards für skalierbare Softwarelösungen.

  • Sie verantworten die Softwarearchitektur, Qualitätssicherung und moderne Entwicklungsmethoden.
