Director Procurement – Energy Category – Bilbao (HQ Office)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short, mid, and long‑term energy category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead strategic sourcing projects and deliver measurable savings while maintaining vendor service and product quality.
• Drive supplier relationship management and establish preferred supplier frameworks globally.
• Ensure acquisition of all eligible energy subsidies and other financial benefits.
• Collaborate with operations to jointly drive energy consumption optimization projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, logistics, procurement, or business.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the energy/industry sector at an international level.
• Proficient in English – both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with business acumen.
