As Director of Organizational Performance in the People Development & Performance team, you will partner with senior leaders across Agoda to drive programs and initiatives that strengthen and evolve how we measure and assess organizational effectiveness, and drive interrelated performance management and talent management platforms and processes (e.g., talent identification, succession planning, and more).
