Reid & Associates is partnering with a large academic medical center in the Southwest to identify an Interim Director of Surgical Services.

The role oversees:

General Surgery, Cardiovascular, Orthopedics, and PACU
Approximately 150 staff across 14 inpatient OR suites
Four direct-report managers
Non-union environment

Ideal candidate brings:

10+ years of inpatient perioperative leadership
Experience leading managers in a high-acuity or academic setting
Strong physician relations and Lean process improvement background
Master's degree and active RN licensure Compact state preferred
