Role Overview:

As the Technology Leader for the Morgan Direct platform, you will provide visionary technical leadership and engineering expertise within an agile environment. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and product owners, building trusted relationships and ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives. You will lead and inspire technology teams across three locations (Hong Kong, Taiwan, and India), fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
